TRX, also known as Total Resistance Exercises, refers to a specialized form of suspension training developed by former U.S. Navy SEAL Randy Hetrick.
TRX is for everyone, whether you are just beginning or are a long term gym member, TRX training helps you to move better, feel better, and live better. You can expect to burn fat, build strength, and improve heart health by working through a series of innovative and effective exercises.
TRX is offered throughout the week as a 45 minute class, or in a more customized setting with a TRX certified trainer for 30-60 minute personal or group training sessions.
