We recognize that one on one training isn’t for everyone, so we decided to offer something more to our personal training services. Grab your friends and start working together toward healthy change.

Our semi-private and group training options offer 30 to 60 minute total-body, modifiable, and fun workouts to help build strength and endurance together. Working with a personal trainer, you will be instructed through your workouts with the added benefit of motivation from your peers.
