Will King

    Will is one of our Certified Personal Trainers at Jada Blitz. He has been a part of the fitness world for over 10 years. Not only is he a Personal Trainer with Jada Blitz, but also he hosts some of our group fitness classes as well. Will enjoys cheering on his girls at their competitive sports games.

    Before becoming a part of the Jada Blitz team, Will was training student athletes from Junior High to Collegiate level. He has been training and helping his clients achieve their desired goals for over 10 years. In that time, he has learned to really focus on high intensity training and building mental strength. Will created the strength training method, GYM Gawdz.

    GYM Gawdz encourages everyone that what they might deem as “impossible” is actually “IM POSSIBLE.” You do not have to be the biggest or even the strongest person in the gym, just the hardest and most disciplined. GYM Gawdz is based on an unique 12, 9, 6, 3 method that not only creates strength, lean muscle and burs fat, but also promotes mental strength and endurance.

    You have to be mentally committed in order to be physically fit. Being mentally prepared to push forward is what’s required for you, from you.

    Will attended Villa Maria College and graduated with a A.A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant. He is also an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA-CPT).
