Ryan Courton is a personal trainer who works with individuals from all fitness levels that have tangible goals they want to lock in on.
Ryan believes there is a direct correlation with hard work and the life you want to live. We as individuals are sometimes unfamiliar to our own capabilities, and sometimes we just need motivation to dig deeper and find out exactly who we are!
Ryan grew up as an athlete and always focused on aspects he could improve on. Setting his sight on to fitness, he would then spend five years working in different gyms familiarizing himself with what a positive gym environment looks like.
Ryan is a certified personal trainer through ACSM and is trained in TRX instruction.
Ryan also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition from D’Youville College.
