Mary Kelley

    Hello, my name is Mary Kelley.  Health and fitness are a priority for me.  I believe life is about finding focus, balance and strength physically and mentally (inward and outward).  I love creating workouts that inspire and help myself and others achieve just that!  My workouts are designed for everyone and always contain something to challenge each of us.

    I have been a group fitness instructor for over 12 years. I have taught many types of classes including body sculpting, core strength, cycle/spinning, Pilates, step and yoga.  I hold certifications which include Body Works, Cardio Kickboxing, Kaiser Cycling, Madd Dog Spinning, Pilates, Power Circuit and Yoga.  I also hold a bachelor’s degree in business, management and economics from Empire State College.
