Kelly has been a group fitness instructor for close to a decade. She teaches Mat Pilates, Boot Camp, Body Works, Yoga and Pi Yo. She started as a Mat Pilates Instructors and has a national certification from ISCA –International Sports Conditioning Association. Her passion for helping others is what motivates and drives her. Recognizing that exercise is important for the body as well as the mind. Being able to help others achieve this is important to her.
As a business professional which includes traveling, she understands life is about balance. When Kelly is not teaching at the gym, she enjoys country line dancing, and teaches that as well. She loves spending time with her two dogs, family and Friends.
