Jen is one of our Group Cycling Instructors at Jada Blitz Fitness. She started teaching indoor cycling in 2015 and has been teaching at Jada Blitz since 2020. She loves creating rides with fun, edgy, empowering music where you can forget about everything else in the world and work hard, not for anyone else, but for yourself.
Jen is obsessed with two things 1) sports and 2) science and a lot of her life has been about the intersection of these two topics. Jen was a varsity rugby player and wrestler when she attended undergrad in Ontario. Currently, she is an Associate Professor at Daemen College where she teaches future health care professionals topics related to exercise physiology, scientific research, and public health.
Jen believes that you have to work out for yourself. Jen creates an inviting, motivational, team environment so you can have fun while working hard.
You did the hard part. You showed up. Now let’s have fun.
