Dana TamchynaGroup Cycle Instructor

Hi, I’m Dana! I was a college swimmer and I’ve been running since I was 10 years old. In 2016, I decided to give triathlons a try, thinking it would be an easy transition given my background…I was WRONG! The bike portion proved to be a greater challenge than I was prepared for. I started hitting indoor cycling classes 4-5 times a week to try to improve my fitness and endurance levels on the bike. I quickly realized that if I was going to be riding that often, the next logical step was to become an instructor. I got my Spinning certification through Mad Dogg in 2017 and have enjoyed every minute of being an instructor. I love to create a fun and engaging environment while motivating others, helping them dig deep to challenge themselves, and seeing them reach their goals. Plus, all my training helped my finish my first half Ironman in 2018!

I am thrilled to be a part of the Jada Blitz team and become a part of this amazing fitness community!
