Hi, my name is Christine Herlan. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 16 years. Along with being a certified personal trainer, I truly enjoy group fitness. My other certifications include indoor cycling, yoga (200 hour) Trx, and Pilates. I have taught everything except Zumba (not a dancer ).
It’s my belief a person needs all aspects of fitness. It’s important to make a mind- body connection along with strength training and good nutrition. After years of running , I added spinning to cross train and fell in LOVE with it!
I know what it feels like to attend a class for the first time, and head strait for back of the room. That’s where I started. Everyone starts somewhere so don’t be afraid to take that first class!
