What is Pilates?
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving your posture and muscle elasticity. These movements tend to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well. Expect the exercises to involve slow, precise movements and breath control. Although these workouts are slow and controlled, you will definitely feel the burn the next day! That is why our program is perfect for new members and advanced weight lifters.

The workouts on the Balanced Body Clinical Reformers and Combo Chairs are designed for an individual’s needs, goals and limitations. Jessica’s sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes; private 1-1 training or semi- private with a maximum of 4 participants. Whether you are a beginner or looking to challenge yourself, Jessica can help!


Meet Jessica
Jessica Abell was born and raised in Clarence, NY. After dancing and singing professionally for companies like Walt Disney World, Tokyo Disneyland and Royal Olympic Cruises; she settled in Las Vegas for a decade performing as a dancer and aerial acrobat. She discovered her love for stretching after performing aerial trapeze. Jessica became certified in Pilates 13 years ago. Her true passion is to help people work toward their fitness and wellness goals.
