The workouts on the Balanced Body Clinical Reformers and Combo Chairs are designed for an individual’s needs, goals and limitations. Jessica’s sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes; private 1-1 training or semi- private with a maximum of 4 participants.
Jessica Abell was born and raised in Clarence, NY. After dancing and singing professionally for companies like Walt Disney World, Tokyo Disneyland and Royal Olympic Cruises; she settled in Las Vegas for a decade performing as a dancer and aerial acrobat. She discovered her love for Pilates after performing aerial trapeze. Jessica became certified in Pilates 13 years ago. Her true passion is to help people work toward their fitness and wellness goals.
