What is Flexible Dieting & Macronutrients & Why We Prefer This Approach

Flexible dieting or IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros) is the tracking of your daily caloric intake through carbs, fats, and proteins, to achieve your desired goal. Macronutrients serve as the foundation of our nutrition program and are what provides the body with ample energy.

We choose to use the IIFYM method because it allows us to customize and tailor each program to the individual. Macros provides the opportunity to create a healthy, long term lifestyle change by teaching and creating a balanced relationship between the individual and food. Prior to the start of your custom nutrition program, you will meet one-on-one for a free consultation with one of our coaches. Upon committal, we will provide you with a questionnaire highlighting important information and details needed to develop your personalized program.

Following the receipt of your program, you will work one-on-one with your coach week to week, being held accountable throughout the entire duration of your program. Clients have seen continued success as a result of strong communication, including weekly check-ins and updates.

Our coaches will provide the materials and tools to teach you how to confidently track macronutrients.. You will  learn and understand nutritional concepts and then apply these concepts to everyday life.
