Nutrition Client Spotlight – Curtis

I sought out nutritional coaching because I wanted to gain a better grasp of what to eat/when. I also wanted to have an idea of how much I should be eating but wanted to do something realistic. I didn’t see buying prepared meals as a realistic long term thing, because I wasn’t learning how to prepare the right foods. I didn’t have any hard set goals other than to obtain more knowledge and to achieve better overall health.
I chose Aubree as my coach because I had heard very positive things about her and the program. But, what really sold me was once I spoke with her. She wasn’t pushing to make a sale and was truly enthusiastic about working with me to develop the best possible program for ME.
I have learned a great deal about myself and how my body responds to different workouts and foods. I’ve developed a better understanding of what I should be eating and when and how all of that affects my body. I have burned 8.5lbs of fat and built 3.5lbs of lean muscle in a six-week time frame. The program has also helped me to have better sleep and energy throughout the day. Myself and others have seen a transformation of my body composition. I’ve been able to do something that I didn’t think was real, which was to burn body fat and build lean muscle at the same time. I couldn’t be happier with the progress we’ve made thus far.
Aubree has been great to work with. She isn’t the type of person who sells you a product, then leaves you to figure it out on your own. She has made herself available to me whenever I need. Whether is a quick text or a lengthy conversation, she’s been responsive to whatever I need. The weekly check-ins have been extremely helpful as she always provides some form of feedback. From day one, she has always been realistic about what her expectations/goals for me were and in turn, that has helped to keep me even more focused on setting realistic goals for myself.
Looking forward, I plan to sign up for another program with Aubree. I’d like to lean out more and drop my weight below 200lbs, Potentially to the mid to low 190s. I am truly looking forward to completing my current program and what my future program has to bring.
