Congratulations to our Group Fitness Member of the Month, Donna!

I came to Jada Blitz with the desire for taking Group Fitness Classes. I actually started here when the very first Zumba class was offered!

MY GOALS & BECOMING A GROUP FITNESS MEMBER:

My initial goals were to get my body moving by taking Zumba classes three times per week. This is still my current goal and something I strive to accomplish every week. I like taking Zumba because not only are the classes fun, but it’s an opportunity to meet some new friends as well. I am always surrounded by people with the same intention as me – to get my exercise in and have fun!

Carol’s Zumba class has great music and is loads of fun! She is a wonderful instructor, always smiling and upbeat. Carol is encouraging to everyone and always so inviting to take her class.

Something I have taken away from this experience is that within group fitness classes, the people you meet, the connections you make, and the exercise you give to your body are all so important.

ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING A GROUP FITNESS CLASS:

If you’re looking for a fun, easy, and great aerobic exercise, give Zumba a try!

A lot of times people will say, “Oh I can’t dance” but Zumba is so much more than just dancing. Zumba is about community and having fun!

Donna not only has a smile on her face while exercising, I have noticed that she has increased her endurance and range of motion as well. I hope that Donna and our group of Zumba ladies will continue to share the joy of dance together for years to come.
