Congratulations to our Group Fitness Member of the Month, Deanna!

I joined Jada Blitz over a year ago. Previously, I was driving over 30 minutes to my former gyms- Jada Blitz is close to where I live and I love the convenience! It has so much equipment and overall, it’s just a great gym that has everything you need. I’ve always known Jada to have a great reputation too. I’m grateful it’s only 10 minutes away!

MY GOALS & BECOMING A GROUP FITNESS MEMBER:

I initially joined to get back into better shape and just stay as fit as I can. My goals are mainly to stay as strong as I can at 53.  It’s not about being skinny for me, it’s about staying physically and mentally strong, which I believe go hand in hand.
I have very much enjoyed being a part of the group fitness classes that Ashley teaches.  I really look forward to her Monday and Tuesday night strength training classes because they work your whole body.

Being part of the group is amazing as well! It’s just so nice to be around like minded people. I love to see others training and getting stronger. I always tell anyone who will listen…just keep showing up. Having Ashley really makes showing up even easier.  She’s a great girl, who will work you out and make you feel welcome. She’s just a gem.

Ashley is just the sweetest person and I instantly loved her class as well as her personality. She is excellent at what she does and I look forward to her classes every week.

Some valuable lessons I’ve learned, so many from so many great people, just show up, do the work and show up again. Keep showing up, for yourself and for the ones who rely on you. Show up so your kids will hopefully do the same for themselves.  Just show up, strength happens every time you do!

ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING A GROUP FITNESS CLASS:

My best advice about trying a group fitness class is to do your best and keep coming back! Each week you will get stronger and stronger. It’s really that simple. Start wherever you need and build from there. Attending a group class is a perfect way to workout at your own pace and level.  It’s always nice to see everyone and train together too.

Dee is an amazing individual, and I’m excited to name her as my Group Fitness Member of the Month. We hit it off instantly, bonding over shared experiences and a mutual dedication to fitness.

What sets Deanna apart is her consistent drive to better herself. She brings contagious energy to every workout ( I see you dancing between sets, Dee 😘), always pushing herself to new heights.Her confidence has grown noticeably, and she fearlessly tackles challenges, inspiring those around her to do the same.

Dee’s ability to balance family, business, and personal wellness is truly impressive. She’s a shining example of prioritizing health and happiness in a busy life.

Dee is a powerhouse of positivity and motivation, and I’m grateful to have her as a friend and client!
