Group Fitness Member of the Month: Angelina

Congratulations to our Group Fitness Member of the Month, Angelina!

I’ve been at Jada Blitz since October 2023. My husband’s cousin & his wife recommended the gym as I was looking for somewhere that offered Group Fitness Classes. When we looked into Jada, it felt like the perfect fit right away.


My initial goal is to get back into shape & focus on my health by improving my cardio. I haven’t completely accomplished these goals, but I am definitely on the right track. My cardio has improved, the weights I use in strength have grown, and my plank hold has increased. It’s so encouraging to see this progress. I am excited to achieve my  goals next year and set new goals!

My group fitness experience has been amazing! I love taking the Group Strength Classes and the Rhythm Rides. What I like about Group Strength is that I can show up and get in a great workout. Previously, when I worked out alone, I had no idea where to start or what to do. It’s so nice to have guidance now.  I enjoy the Rhythm Rides because they allow me to enjoy a great cardio workout while having fun (never thought this was possible). It’s also nice to work out in groups because it’s encouraging to have others around, it helps push me more.

I love Danielle’s classes because she sets a comfortable atmosphere for you to grow in. She’s also aware of your strength levels and tends to push you because she knows you’re stronger than you think you are! Plus she has a great taste in music!

One thing I’ve taken away from the classes here is that cardio doesn’t have to be terrible, you just find what cardio works best for you!


Stop thinking and just try it! You’ll either find out you love it or it’s not for you. At first, I was hesitant about taking Cycle and my husband talked me into a “trial period”. I’m so thankful for that because now it’s become my favorite activity and I look forward to every Rhythm Ride!


I chose Angelina as Group Fitness Member of the Month because she brings her A-game to every class, pushing herself to new heights and inspiring those around her when she increases her weights!  Angelina has been taking my classes for a while, but regardless of the move or BPM in the Cycle Room or the strength move and weight in the Group Room, Angelina always pushes past her limits. 

One of my favorite things to do when Angelina is in class is to take a quick peek at her dumbbells and after we do a few reps – offering a heavier set and seeing her maintain the speed of the movement without any pause or breaks. 

It is apparent that Angelina’s health and wellness is an important thing in her life – she shows up, always in her same spot, ready to go and nail her workout. Angelina’s commitment and positive energy light up the class. It’s members like her that make our fitness community exceptional.
