Group Fitness Member of the Month: Meet Jessica!
I started taking TRX mid-January and immediately fell in love with it. I love all of the different set-ups, positions and movements, as you might think you’re just working just one part of your body, but in reality, you’re working your entire body most of the time. The changes I have seen in my body strength, muscle definition and tone brings me back each and every class. George is one of the best fitness instructors I have ever encountered. He is very attentive and makes sure you are doing all of the movements properly, plus his playlists are unlike any other. TRX is great for anyone: beginners or as George calls it, advanced players. One TRX movement can have different levels of challenges to keep building strength. I would definitely recommend TRX to anyone who enjoys a challenge. I love that each and every class is different, so you never know where the soreness will hit. Any of the TRX class options are definitely a favorite of mine. Having the option of a cycle or strength class split with TRX was such a great idea as it helps change up the flow. I’m so happy that George decided to join the Jada Blitz family and I think he is a huge asset to the fitness world! Thanks for everything, George!
