Bring your battle buddy if you need a dose of intensity added into your current fitness routine! Operation Bootcamp is a great way to incorporate a variety of exercises to improve stamina, and develop more upper body strength using elements from each of our military branches.
What is Operation Bootcamp?
Operation Bootcamp is designed to be an intense, full body workout that focuses on building core strength and improving muscle tone while testing your limits. Workouts include the use of dumbbells, power racks, and the TRX. Weighted ammunition cans, tractor tires, and kickboxing movements are also used to elevate the workouts to a new level.
Team building activities are also included throughout the course of the class, focusing on successful missions teamwork. Though these workouts are intense, our instructor is highly qualified to be able to modify each exercise to allow for all fitness levels to participate.
Operation Bootcamp Benefits
- This class is great if you are looking to complete an obstacle course or mud run since it focuses on developing core stability, upper body strength, agility, and teamwork.
- Modifications and progressions to improve on bodyweight exercises, such as pull ups, push ups, and core strengthening exercises.
