What is InMotion360X?
Born in the U.S. Navy SEALS, the TRX Suspension system is a new-age method of leveraged body weight exercise
TRX is great for any level of fitness, since bodyweight exercises can be modified to become easier or more advanced based on body angle. This allows for modification of any exercise being performed by the instructor.
Save time in your schedule since this class will allow you to achieve a great cardiovascular workout, build strength, and engage your core

My goal every Tuesday and Saturday morning is to deliver a high intensity, purposeful, and challenging workout.
