Five mornings of workouts designed to target upper and lower body on separate days with a kick of cardio mid-week. Join us all 5 days and we will provide you with a well-rounded workout. Monday and Thursday are upper body, Tuesday and Friday is lower body and a great calorie burn on Wednesday. Workouts designed for all fitness levels.
