Operation Bootcamp Quarterly Testing
Are you ready to push yourself to the max and find out what you’re truly capable of? Are you ready to have real, MEASURABLE, results from a group fitness class?
Operation Bootcamp is a fun, inventive class that incorporates bodyweight moves, endurance, and military-style training. We will be running tests for max pull ups, chin up hold, 500 meter row, push ups, and much more! You’ll have a great way to gauge progress throughout the course of a few months for the next round of testing. Testing will be done quarterly for you to check your results.
