Collab: Blitz Body and Yoga for Roswell Park
Join us for a special edition of our regularly scheduled Sunday morning Blitz Body with a yogic twist! We will be starting off the morning with a sweat sesh with Danielle and Stephanie for Blitz Body. This total body based class will incorporate weights, the sled, ropes, and a variety of other exercises to help keep your heart rate up and provide an overall toning affect. Holli from the Williamsville Performing Arts Studio will then lead a 45 minute Vinyasa Flow class. This class will focus on gratitude and thankfulness as she leads you through a guided meditation to start the class. She will then transition into a fun and energetic flow to provide you with positive vibes for the rest of the weekend. Again, this is a donation based class and all proceeds will benefit Roswell Park in the spirit of thanksgiving and gratitude. As always, everyone is welcome!
