On January 2, Jada Blitz Training proudly launched its meal preparation company, Balanced Body.

“Food is the introduction to a healthy lifestyle,” said Ashley Draper, Balanced Body CEO. “Balanced Body Foods was created out of a passion to help people go beyond the fitness component by assisting in the kitchen.”

Balanced Body offers a rotating menu of 10, 12, 15 or 18 weekly custom breakfast, lunch or dinner options, portioned for women and men. On a weekly plan, meals average $6.25- $6.50; each meal is macronutrient-balanced and boasts fresh, local flavor in every bite. Meal options vary each week. A sample menu may include Turkey, Sausage & Egg Quesadillas and Protein Pancakes to Mexican Rice Bowls and Char-grilled Chicken, Quinoa Rice Blend & Spicy Broccoli and more.

“My dream has always been to help others through fitness and health, and the one area that I see my clients struggle is with meal preparation,” said Justin Draper, Jada Blitz Training founder. “Balanced Body offers convenient, healthfully-portioned meals that look and taste like they just came out of your kitchen.”

Weekly orders can be placed at or by visiting the pickup destination—Jada Blitz Training—4685 Transit Rd., Williamsville. Individual, grab-and-go meals are also available at Jada Blitz Training.
