Peak Week

Entering into the final week of prep, Justin will actively monitor your day to day progress and bodily changes. With a strict control over your macronutrient and micronutrient profile, water intake, supplementation, training and cardio, Justin will properly guide your body into show day with the best physique possible.

Off Season

A proper off-season is equally important as the time spent preparing for a show date. Utilizing scientifically backed research and years of experience, Justin will provide the guidance and support needed to reverse diet and begin building lean muscle mass. You will enter into a period of increased metabolic capacity and growth through custom nutrition and training programs, allowing the body to minimize fat gain while improving on specific off -season goals.
