After having twins a few years ago, I thought I would be able to lose the extra weight on my own but soon realized I needed help. I tried other gym memberships, training and classes but had a hard time staying motivated to go. I went to a class Jada Blitz did at Canalside that Danielle was teaching and she was so upbeat and motivating, I started training with her. Danielle is a great motivator and fun to be around. She knows the best ways to help me reach my goals and push me to be my best. I have always felt comfortable with her and at Jada Blitz – the atmosphere and the people make it easy to WANT to go to the gym. Getting to work out with my best friend Sorge (Kristin) helps too 😊
So I was drawn to Jada Blitz because I love taking group classes and I had attended some of their classes they offered at Canalside and was so motivated by the workouts and the trainers so I knew I had to join. They offer a great variety of classes that are all challenging and the trainers are amazing. Class schedules are very important to me b/c I work full time and have 3 kids and I prefer classes vs. doing my own workout, Jada has so many options that I can always make it work with my schedule. Also setting an example for my kids is very important to me so I LOVE the monthly family classes and so do my kids, they get sad when they can’t come to the gym with me every day!
After attending Danielle’s classes for months I decided to train with her weekly. She is truly awesome, as a trainer and a person. I train with my best friend Leanna and even though we are getting our butt kicked in that 30 minutes we are still having so much fun. Since I’ve started training with Danielle, in combination with having Stephanie help me track my macros I have noticed some great changes and I am excited to continue and see what’s in store. If anyone is looking for a gym that treats you like family, thinks outside the box and can help take your workouts to the next level then I would definitely recommend Jada Blitz!
