I started my fitness journey when I moved back to Western NY in the summer of 2017 but became frustrated as I wasn’t sure what to do for exercise and I wasn’t seeing any results. In the past I was able to run, but now I was too overweight and didn’t want to risk knee/hip injury. I wanted to make a permanent change in my life so that life past 40 could be healthy and active.
What brought you to Jada Blitz
I had been a member of various gyms over the years but really only to use the cardio machines. What got me interested in Jada was the personal touch to the training, allowing me to get acclimated to gaining lean muscle mass. I could see from others that not only were they getting results but there was a definite sense of community.
What you love about your trainer
Dan is simply great! Dan is always so positive and motivating and pushes you to do more. He is extremely knowledgeable and I never get tired of learning from him. Dan works with you during your session, communicates on off days and makes sure he guides you on your entire fitness journey, not just while in session. Always changes up the exercises so you aren’t doing the same thing every session, which makes it fun.
What you love about Jada Blitz
I love that it isn’t just an education on fitness, but also an education on nutrition. Working with Justin and Dan on nutrition, allows me to understand more about what I am eating, the science behind it. With my goal of achieving a life style change so that I can enjoy the rest of my life and be healthy and active, I have no doubt I am in the right spot. It really feels like Justin and Dan are part of your journey every step of the way and are very approachable and extremely timely on getting back with any questions.

Walking into a gym can be very intimidating; Jada takes away that fear and also makes it extremely fun and challenging. Regardless of what your fitness goal, Jada is the place to make it happen.
