Clients of The Week: Meegan & Chelsea!

 In Client of the Week

Congratulations to our Clients of the Week, Meegan & Chelsea!

Chelsea: I have been a member at Jada Blitz since January 2021. My husband and I had just moved out this way and had heard great things about the facility. One of those recommendations coming from Meegan! I was looking for a place where I felt I could really see myself reaching goals and Jada Blitz definitely fit the bill.

MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT

Chelsea: My initial goal were to lose 20lbs, as I was at the highest weight I had ever been upon joining. My current goals are to maintain the progress I was able to accomplish, as well as tone. I think I’ve been keeping up with it pretty well!

The training experience with Alex has been great! I had initially started training with him, but had a brief interim as our schedules became different. Being able to come back and train with Alex was exciting for me. What I enjoy most about working with Alex is that he is really personable, and we make sure to have fun! It makes coming to the sessions easier.

One lesson I’ve taken away from this experience is that change takes time… don’t give up if you aren’t seeing the results right away!

ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING

Take the time and figure out what is best for you and your goals. Then start to plan how you’ll remain consistent. Consistency is key! For me, it’s having the sessions that keep me consistent.

THE FACILITY & STAFF

Jada Blitz has been nothing short of amazing! Everyone is always so nice, and welcoming. I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone there.

FITNESS IS UNDEFINED. WHAT’S YOUR FIT?

Fitness is accountability, as well as a mood booster! It makes the day feel 10x more productive 🙂

MEET ALEX MILLER, CPT AT JADA BLITZ FITNESS

Meegan and Chelsea are a blast to train! Although they are not typically overflowing with energy for an 8AM and just rolling out of bed, we always have lots of laughs and great conversations during out workouts. We mesh very well together because we are all similar in age and that makes for fun conversation, which plays a pivotal role in keeping their minds off of actually exercising. However, I don’t hesitate to let them know they are older than me! I have noticed they train better when together and push each other by speeding up the pace and keeping a positive attitude.

I trained Meegan alone for about a year prior to Chelsea joining Jada Blitz. I often referred to her as a “wet noodle” which she didn’t find as amusing as I did. Since we started training, Meegan has made so much progress. We have progressed to an “al dente” noodle and now are working towards an “uncooked noodle”.

Chelsea trained alone with me for a while as well and she has done amazing. Dropping weight and strengthening and toning her body were her main goals. She continues to work hard to achieve them.

Both Meegan and Chelsea are motivated by positive affirmation, so I give them a grade after every workout. Now, instead of asking how much time is left, they will ask if they deserve an A+ for the day. I enjoy the fact that we can have fun while working hard and everything doesn’t always have to be so serious.
