Congratulations to our Clients of the Week, Lynn & Brett!

My husband Brett and I have been with Jada Blitz since September 2022. Olivia is my niece and talked to me one day about personal training. I thought it was a good idea for Brett and I both to start training to get stronger and maintain our mobility as we age.

OUR GOALS & BECOMING PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENTS

Our goals are to gain some muscle and lose some fat. We weren’t very active previously and both started out feeling tired. We now feel stronger each week and have noticed increased energy and improved strength and balance. After having covid last year, I had new asthma issues. After a few months of working out with Olivia and using the treadmill, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my breathing with activity!

Liv has been so encouraging and tough on us. She encourages us to challenge ourselves with our workouts.I have loved my niece Liv since she was born but have a new respect for Liv the professional! She is great to work with. We have both learned so much from her and continue to improve and feel great!
I have recommended Liv as a personal trainer to a couple friends. They love her too! We all agree that meeting with Liv keeps us motivated and held accountable.

MEET OLIVIA BARONE, CPT AT JADA BLITZ FITNESS

Training my aunt and uncle has been the best and most amazing part of my job here as a trainer. My family has been full of hard workers who have always taught me to never slack off. So that’s exactly what I teach them. Go all out and you’ll see the results.
My favorite part of training them is our leg day. It challenges them to a new extent- they absolutely dread it but they complete it every time with all the effort they have. I enjoy training them so much because there is nothing better than helping the ones you love better themselves. It’s rewarding to watch them pick up the heavier weight for their squats when I know they want the 10s. I am beyond proud of them and all their hard work.
