Client of The Week: Tom!
Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Tom!
I have been a member at Jada Blitz Fitness for about two months. I wanted to begin taking the steps needed to take better care of myself, and I started by setting time aside to do just that. After talking with Justin and Ashley (our son’s are best friends from preschool) I decided that Jada Blitz was a perfect fit.
BECOMING PART OF THE JADA BLITZ FAMILY
In June of this year, I weighed the most I have ever weighed and I was exhausted. At that point, I made a commitment to myself to make the time and effort to mold myself into my best version. I started changing my diet by eating healthier, cutting out sugar, and drinking more water. After losing some weight, I wanted to get back into the gym and work with a certified personal trainer. I wanted someone who would maximize my time and effort by working out the right way.
MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT
My goals are pretty simple. I have set my focus on having more energy and putting on good weight. Plus, I want to do one pull-up unassisted! After just two months, my first goal has been completed! Now Will and I are working on the next two.
Training with Will has been great. I’m learning how to target specific muscle groups and how to perform the exercise properly to minimize the chance of injury. I am very busy, as most of us are, with three young children. Will has been very flexible with my schedule each week. I enjoy chatting with him about his professional goals. Will is a hard working individual and I respect his hustle in and out of the gym.
After my first week working out, I could barely move my arms and legs. Even my own kids were teasing me! Every week I’m getting stronger and my recovery is smoother.
