Client of The Week: Tom!
Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Tom!
I have been training with Anthony since summer 2022 and got started with Jada Blitz once he moved over here from Crunch. I have been working out for the past 6 years and decided having a Personal Trainer would help me to accomplish my goals.
MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT
I’ve been active in fitness since 2017. I wanted to fine tune my routine, break plateau, learn and try different concepts and put on size. Anthony and I focused on building mass and building muscle tissue through the winter. Currently, my goal is to cut down my body fat while maintaining the mass I gained. Change in diet is also a current goal of mine.
Anthony is an excellent trainer. One of the best I’ve ever seen or worked with. He has a unique approach, techniques, and knows how to tailor his knowledge to your goals. Not only have I appreciated all he has done for me as a trainer but I also gained a friend in the process.
I am 44 with disc degeneration and nagging injuries from being a paramedic for 20 years. Anthony has been able to customize my program around my injuries, knowing my limitations, but also not sacrificing hard work or my goals. I appreciate that during my sessions with Anthony, we can train hard but also talk about life.
Working with Anthony has taught me to do one more rep, never give up, and give it everything I’ve got. All or nothing.
ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING
It’s a good starting point for someone beginning their journey but it’s also good for experienced lifters to get a different point of view, learn new techniques, accountability, change things up.

Fit is a lifestyle. Fit is for my life. I do it for my family and 3 kids, to stay fit for my job as a paramedic, and for my physical and mental health.

My experience training Tom has been awesome and exciting! His past injuries never hold us back and it has been fun for me to find different ways to train him based on this.
Tom shows up every morning at 5am ready to work! I appreciate that Tom gives it his all each session and even does the workouts I give him on the days he’s not with me.
Tom’s progress has been amazing and we’ve been changing his body composition throughout our time together. Putting on muscle and losing body fat. Right now, we are currently working on a body recomposition. I’m excited to see his progress!
