Tell us about your journey at Jada Blitz.
I started my journey at Jada Blitz a little less than six months ago. As a former athlete, I am familiar with what I needed to lose weight. However, I struggled with falling back in love with the process and committing to my health all over again. I knew I needed some help in order to take care of my holistic health journey.
What results and progress have you made?
Working out with Jenny was a game changer. I started working out at three days a week and quickly upped it to four. When I first started, I thought I needed a diet and a quick fix to my workout routine. With the help of Jenny and Justin, I have learned that I needed sustainable healthy habits that would impact all parts of my life. If I wanted to be healthy, a fast diet to lose some weight wasn’t the answer. I needed to change my daily eating and workout habits. So far I have lost twenty pounds working out with Jenny and working with Justin on my nutrition.
What is your biggest takeaway from training?
My biggest takeaway from training is to hold myself accountable and be consistent with my choices. Having a trainer is the best thing for holding me accountable on days that I have motivation.
What do you love most about your trainer and facility?
I love the friendship and knowledge I got from Jenny. We always have such a good time together! I also have learned so much about my body and how the best take care of it. It’s great that I can get nutrition, training, and so much more at Jada Blitz. I am excited to see where this journey will take me!
