Tell us about your journey at Jada Blitz.
I have joined multiple gyms in the past but I never stayed more than six months. Joining Jada changed things for me. I have now been here for 2 years! There is something quite nice about this place, the staff, the vibe, and the facility that is unique and very productive to health and well-being. Jada Blitz serves as a great outlet in reducing stress, increasing energy, and finding inspiration.
What results and progress have you made?
I’ve seen many improvements in myself over the past two years. I’m more disciplined with my workouts, got stronger, am more conscious about what I eat, and I have a better understanding of not only how I do each exercise, but also WHY I do it.
What is your biggest takeaway from training?
You can’t pour from an empty cup. Diet, sleep, and exercise influence one another. Improvement in all three will lead to a better overall well-being.
What do you love most about your trainer and facility?
My trainer is amazing! Trey always puts together perfect plans to help me achieve my goals. I also appreciate that he teaches me new things as I’m doing each exercise.
