Client of The Week: Susan!
Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Susan!
I joined Jada Blitz Fitness a year ago. I was looking for a program that would kick start my fitness and nutrition program. Over the next several months, I had found just the right place to make this happen! I have been a health/fitness enthusiast all my life. Early in my career, I was a health/physical education teacher. I also taught aerobics classes for many years. Fast forward to the last few years… I had been working out on and off at home through Zoom classes with Jessie Burdick (my daughter’s best friend who is a personal trainer in Boston) and sometimes going to the gym. I needed a kick start and a new regime. That’s when I joined Jada Blitz; it had everything I’ve been looking for in a fitness facility.
MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT
My initial goal was to lose 20lbs and tone up. Wow, I did that and more! Through nutritional coaching and the Balanced Body meals, I learned I wasn’t eating enough OR the right amounts of macros. This really upped my game. I lost 10% body fat and gained skeletal muscle mass I never thought would happen.
My experience training with Andrew has been nothing but amazing. He is so patient and challenges me beyond what I ever thought I was capable. Andrew is so organized with his workouts. He knows where I can go next, and continually incorporates new moves/equipment into my workouts. The time flies during each training session. The best memory I have of training with Andrew is his continued encouragement. He reminds me of the strength I have gained since starting my workouts and helps me push myself to new levels.

Susan is extremely motivated, never complains, and always ready to put in the work! Through her consistency inside and outside of the gym, Susan has recently put on a pound of muscle while partaking in the recent 8 week challenge.
Susan has consistently gotten stronger since we started training together. She actually lifts some of the heaviest weights out of all the clients that I train. Susan is in the gym 5 days a week, watches her nutrition, and never makes excuses.
