Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Sondra!

I’ve been training at Jada Blitz for about 10 or so years on and off – I embraced the tight-knit fitness community created by the Drapers and the knowledge, expertise, and open arms the trainers and members all provided. My journey began when I was interested in competing in the bikini division and since had placed in 3 shows. I returned when I discovered I was expecting my first baby Lyla, now 6 years old, as well as my now 4 year old, Luc. I wanted to make sure I was working out safely while pregnant and am proud to have had truly wonderful, and healthy fitness/nutrition throughout both pregnancies. Thanks to coaching provided at Jada, I have been able to get back to my pre-baby shape pretty easily!
 

MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT

I wanted to gain confidence and knowledge about how to create a well-balanced, healthy lifestyle. I am so proud to say I’ve never felt better or more secure! My current goal is to remain consistent and to continue dedicating myself toward being healthy. I want to set to best example possible for my beautiful, young children.

Anthony is amazing!!! He knows his stuff and makes me laugh harder than anyone I know. He’s always on time, always pleasant to be around, and motivates me! He’s just awesome, such a bright light! I now consider him a dear friend who always lifts me up when I need it! I am so proud of Anthony winning his show! His dedication and commitment to his goals is so impressive and inspiring.

One thing I’ve learned from personal training is that even when it’s tough, you have to stay committed to your plan and have faith in the process.

ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING

Do it!!!! Best decision I’ve ever made for my overall health and well-being.

They are basically family at this point! I will Never go anywhere else!!! Nothing compares.

FITNESS IS UNDEFINED. WHAT’S YOUR FIT?

Fitness is life and longevity of it… I focus on fitness and nutrition for myself, my husband, and my children who all count on me to be my best! 🙂

MEET ANTHONY DESIMONE, CPT AT JADA BLITZ FITNESS

Training with Sondra is such a fun time. We always have something new to chat about, all while getting in a great workout. Every training session involves endless laughs, it’s a great way to start my morning! The thing I enjoy most about training Sondra is seeing how much she enjoys the gym. She continues to make great progress and goes above and beyond, doing the work outside of Jada, including dieting!
