Client of The Week: Sara!

 In Client of the Week

Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Sara!

I have been coming to Jada Blitz for about 6 years. I was looking for a change and knew of the gym because I went to High School with Justin, so I decided to check it out.

MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT

I started working with a trainer a few months after my daughter was born. I gained over 90lbs when I was pregnant with her and wanted to get back to feeling like myself ASAP.

Working with Jenny has been great! She is always accommodating to my schedule, motivating, and always pushing me to work hard. She is easy to talk to, which makes our time together more enjoyable- especially when she is kicking my butt!!

I’ve learned that consistency is key when working towards fitness goals. With the help of Jenny in the gym and nutrition coaching from Justin- helping me with my macros, I was able to achieve my initial weight loss goals. I was feeling awful when I was pregnant with my son, but Jenny stuck with me and would motivate me to get a workout in, even if it was just a quick one!

ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING

I highly recommend working out with a trainer if you can! I wouldn’t come to the gym if I didn’t have my scheduled appointments. It definitely helps keep me accountable.

THE FACILITY & STAFF

Everyone is super friendly and welcoming!

MEET JENNY SPENCER, CPT AT JADA BLITZ FITNESS

Sara has been nothing but amazing to train. She is a riot! Always coming in happy and positive. Not only does she give me the best recommendations for food restaurants and drinks but she always is ready to kill it in the gym no matter what I throw at her. Because Sara snowbirds to Florida and comes home to buffalo for the summer, I cherish every workout I have with her because I know it’s short lived and I enjoy each session so much! I’ve watched Sara be an already fit mom, to being a fit pregnant mom to a mother of two, and she still manages to stay in impeccable shape, stay on her nutrition, and be extremely consistent in the gym.
