Client of The Week: Samantha!

Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Samantha!

I have been a member of Jada Blitz for almost 3 years. After hearing great things about their personal training program and the gym itself, I was very interested in joining. Initially, I started training at Jada to get ready for my wedding. The pandemic had me feeling stuck and I really wanted a push to live a healthier and more active life.

MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT

When I first started, I wanted to feel confident in my wedding dress and live an overall healthier life. I feel as though I’ve reached my initial goals and continue to set new goals. My current goals are to feel healthy, strong, and have more energy. I feel stronger after each workout and training session.

Training with Ryan is intense, fun, and always a challenge. He wants to see his clients succeed and pushes me each time we train. He always checks in with me to see how my week has been and makes sure I’m staying consistent with my workout schedule. He has helped me to become stronger and more confident at the gym by explaining how each piece of equipment works. I really appreciate how encouraging and personal Ryan is. He’s invested in my progress and success.

One of my favorite memories with Ryan is when he said “I didn’t want to tell you before you started that set, but that was a personal record for you”. He knows how to push me without discouraging me. I’ll also never forget the day he made me run up and down the stairs outside in the 90-degree heat. I’m still working on forgiving him for that one!

Throughout my time training at Jada Blitz, I’ve learned that consistency and hard work pay off. It’s not always easy but it’s always worth it!

ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING

I would tell someone who was considering personal training to take the leap and go for it. Before I started, I was worried I would be self-conscious or uncomfortable working with someone so personally with vulnerable goals. Ryan, and the atmosphere of Jada Blitz, made me comfortable from the start. Even on my worst days, I left feeling better mentally and physically than I did when I walked in.

MEET RYAN COURTON, CPT AT JADA BLITZ FITNESS

Sam is such a hard worker and her energy is very positive in and out of the gym. I assure Sam to have more confidence in her strengths because sometimes she doesn’t know how strong she actually is!
One time I was putting her through a workout and she was telling me she was going to throw up. I told her to “wait til we’re done with this workout.” And Sam really impressed me on how she soldiered through!
Sam is very positive and knows that it takes hard work to get what you want. She is a very easy person to train because of her mindset, and character. Sam just keeps improving and it makes me very proud, I wish nothing but continual improvement and success to all new beginnings in her life!
