Client of The Week: Quolette!
Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Quolette!
My journey with Jada Blitz started in 2021. I began self defense training at a nearby gym, which led to me finding Jada Blitz. I decided to join to augment my martial arts training and because I wanted to learn about bodybuilding.
MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT
My initial goal was to begin training for bodybuilding competitions and increase my physical strength for martial arts training. I have made steady progress but I am still working hard towards my end goal. My current goals are to compete in both a bodybuilding and martial arts competition in the future.
Training with Jalal has been great. He’s a knowledgeable and inspirational trainer. I have really benefited from all of his great advice and training.
My favorite memory with Jalal includes performing an exercise with perfect form for the first time. It reminds me that I have learned so much since my training started.
ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING
I would highly recommend anyone interested in fitness to pursue personal training. As someone who has never exercised in the past, I feel a huge improvement in my physical strength and energy.

MEET JALAL ALI, CPT AT JADA BLITZ FITNESS
What I enjoy most about training Quolette is her excitement to learn, balanced with her patience to try new things. Quolette was new to weight training when we started here a year ago. Now, she is able to move two times the weight she was able to when we first started.
Quolette also takes Mixed Martial Arts and Self Defense classes outside of our training. As her Personal Trainer, it feels great when she comes in for sessions telling me that her kicks, punches, and holds are stronger and faster due to our weight training. I love seeing my clients’ hard work pay off, especially knowing their training is helping to improve the quality of their everyday lives.
Quolette is definitely a hard working, dedicated woman. She’s takes every new challenge with a big smile and an “I can do this attitude”. I look forward to helping her reach every new goal in our sessions to come since I know she’ll crush every challenge!
