Client of The Week: Peggy!
Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Peggy!
MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT
My initial goal was to lose weight. Because of my age, I also wanted to train two times a week to make myself stronger and healthier! After 6 months, I reached my goal. My current goal is to continue training and maintain my current weight!
When I began training with Adam, he was aware of the fact that I hadn’t trained in 2 years. So, we took it slow to build up my strength again. He immediately had the ability to know what my body could handle and what my weak spots were. I would come out of training with him knowing that I was getting stronger with each session. He would encourage me when I thought I couldn’t do squats, which are difficult for me, to not give up …saying “you’ve got this….you can do it!” And of course I could do it!
I love my sessions with Adam. We have created a strong friendship over this past year and can talk about anything. He has a very upbeat and attentive personality. Makes my time at the gym so worth the effort.
ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training allows me to go the the gym for a half hour and let Adam push me to achieve my goals whereas, in doing this myself, I wouldn’t be able to do it. By going to Jada Blitz, I have been able to enjoy the benefits of this gym to make me strong and healthy again. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.
THE FACILITY & STAFF
I can’t say enough about the staff at Jada Blitz. They are more than helpful in every way.
FITNESS IS UNDEFINED. WHAT’S YOUR FIT?
Having a weekly routine that holds me accountable for myself and my fitness journey.

MEET ADAM GUTIERREZ, CPT AT JADA BLITZ FITNESS
When Peggy started training with me two years ago, her goal was to lose 15-20lbs. It has been awesome to watch her complete her goal and set new ones. Peggy always comes to our sessions ready to work with a great attitude and a smile on her face.
Recently, Peggy was having some knee pain before a leg day. Part of me thought this was just a tactic to get out of lunges. We started with a stretching routine before legs and on her own, we managed to alleviate the knee pain!
What I enjoy most about training Peggy is her energy, she has a ton of energy during every session! Peggy is a very hard worker and I that is what I admire most about her.
