Client of The Week: Nicole!

 In Client of the Week

Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Nicole!

I’ve been with Jada Blitz for about two and a half years. My friend had been coming here and introduced me to the gym. She told me about her trainer, Will, and how much he was helping her toward her fitness goals.  I have often struggled with my weight and felt like I didn’t know where to turn.  I spoke to Will and decided personal training would be a good start.  Since then, I’ve continued personal training with Eric.

MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT

I wanted to get stronger, improve my health, and lose some weight.  While I’m not exactly where I want to be yet, I’m improving.  I am able to lift more, and my endurance for cardio is better. My goals remain the same as I continue on my fitness journey.  I’m trying to push myself a little further each week with my weight training and being more consistent with cardio.  I’m also trying to implement new healthy changes as I go, such as getting in more steps and drinking more water.

Eric consistently encourages me to do exercises that push me out of my comfort zone, whether it’s the sled (not a favorite), adding more weight, or doing more reps. Eric makes working out fun. He’s always in good spirits and makes each session a very positive experience. I remember feeling nervous to transition to a new trainer after Will left, but I felt quickly at ease after working with Eric just a few sessions.

ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING

One day at a time!

THE FACILITY & STAFF

Everyone I’ve worked with has been kind and helpful.

FITNESS IS UNDEFINED. WHAT’S YOUR FIT?

Fitness means working toward the best version of myself.

MEET ERIC STEINWACHS, CPT AT JADA BLITZ FITNESS

Working with Nicole has been a great experience. She always brings a great attitude to training and is willing to work hard. She never misses a session and is committed to working on bettering herself. A great memory of working together is whenever we do something challenging, she always asks if her friend Cathy (who I also train) has to do the same thing.

I really enjoy Nicole’s positive mindset during training and all her great stories. Nicole is great to work with and I am excited to see how she continues to progress. It really is great to work with someone who is willing to push herself and try new things. I am very lucky to work with her and happy we get to share training experiences together.
