Client of The Week: Nick!
Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Nick !
I have always been active, since I was a kid, teenager, and adult playing sports. But I wanted to progress from there- setting new goals and increasing my weight/muscle mass in order to have more energy, a more positive attitude, and more functional abilities (EG: lifting heavy boxes with ease)
MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT
My initial goals were to gain weight in muscle, and I have. I started around 160lbs and with Trey’s expertise, both exercise and nutrition wise, I am up to 175lbs currently.
Currently, my goal is to gain about 10 more pounds of muscle. I have never been over 180lbs in my life, I have had trouble gaining and keeping weight (I know, some would switch situations with me instantly)
I have had a great training experience with Trey. He is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of working out, diet, and much more. Not to mention he is very easy to get along with. I have enjoyed getting to know him and all of the knowledge he has passed on to me.
One specific memory I have with Trey is when I had my initial meeting with him. He stressed how important consistency is with exercising and diet, and that stuck with me.
From my personal training experience, I’ve learned that diet is key and mastering form when exercising is much more important than how many reps you do.
ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING
Definitely give Trey a try if you’re going for personal training, he will teach you a TON. And if you’re joining a gym without a trainer, make sure to keep a consistent schedule.
THE FACILITY & STAFF
The entire staff has always been very friendly and helpful.
FITNESS IS UNDEFINED. WHAT’S YOUR FIT?
Fitness to me is exercising on a regular basis to improve all aspects of yourself (physical, mental, spiritual, religious, and every other form of well-being)
