Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Nick!

I joined Jada Blitz Fitness in September of 2021. It was recommended by a friend, who was already a member. He bragged about how great the personal trainers were at this gym. I started training with one-on-one with Alex Miller and my experience has been amazing!


My initial goal was to have a trainer personalize a weight lifting routine for me and help me start to track macronutrients based on my personal goals. Within a couple months, I was dialed in and ready to take it a step further.

My progress in the gym has been very consistent. My body fat percent has been consistently on the decline while also putting on muscle. Currently, my goal is to continue to improve my compound lifts and consistently hit my macro goals weekly. Alex has made the process much easier by writing out a detailed routine for me to follow. He takes every session very seriously and always pushes me to my full potential. There is absolutely no short cuts with his training. Alex gives you every helpful tip to use on days you’re by yourself in the gym. What I’ve enjoyed the most about working with Alex is that we always have a few good laughs during our workout, but easily dial right back in and be serious about our training.


The most valuable lesson I’ve learned is to not be discouraged in the gym. Everyone is in a completely different stage of their fitness journey and it’s important to focus on all the good habits you develop over the time spent staying consistent with your goals.


The Jada Blitz staff are awesome! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and they always make you feel welcomed in the gym. I would highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for somewhere to start and who is also looking for guidance when it comes to weight lifting and tracking macros to look into getting a personal trainer at Jada blitz.


Nick has been so fun to work with because he comes every day with a positive attitude! He warms up before every one of our sessions, this has allowed him to be ready to be pushed to the next level. Nick started at Jada Blitz with little knowledge of how to lift and now he is well versed in what it takes to be successful. We have good conversations and he doesn’t take himself too seriously. Even during new exercises, or personal record attempts, he goes in with a positive mindset and is not afraid to fail! He makes progress weekly and trusts in the process we have put together.

One of the best memories was just recently where Nick sent me his latest InBody scan. He has achieved and continues to progress in the definition of body recomposition. He turned over nine pounds of fat directly into muscle! This is an amazing accomplishment and speaks volumes to his dedication to his nutrition and exercise.

In order to see the greatest results with personal training, you have to put trust in your trainer and dedicate yourself 100%! Nick is at the gym multiple times a week, not just when we have a session, and that is why he has been successful. I am so excited to see what the future brings for us as we continue to push the limits in our training!
