Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Myles!

I have been training at Jada Blitz for the past 9 months! I was ready to take my fitness to the next level and I knew Jada had the right tools to accomplish that. The great reputation this gym holds is what initially brought me here.

MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT

My initial goals were to lean out and then build muscle. I have accomplished both of these goals since trining with Anthony. Currently, my goals are to master my diet program and to stay consistent in the gym.

Anthony is truly the best trainer & coach. I look forward to working out everyday because it’s always good vibes and although the workouts are tough, I’ve never had results so fast before working with him!

Anthony is a dedicated individual. He puts his all into his work, and cares about the results. It’s motivating to be around someone who constantly is pushing to be better.

ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING

Just commit to it. It’s worth every penny. You cannot achieve the same results without a coach period!

THE FACILITY & STAFF

My experience at Jada has been nothing but great! Little Anthony & big Anthony are full of knowledge and laughs. Karen and Drew at the front desk treat you like family. Jada is lucky to have these guys!

MEET ANTHONY DESIMONE, CPT AT JADA BLITZ FITNESS

Myles and I got right to work when he started training with me roughly 2-3 months ago. He is definitely one of the hardest workers I’ve ever trained. Myles genuinely cares about the progress that he is making and never gives up on any set or rep.
I have a lot of great memories training with Myles. From the joking around to the high intensity training, we are always having fun. One of the things I enjoy most about training Myles is the effort that he puts in each and every day. We train 5 days a week together which is a big commitment and something that is definitely not easy to stick with.
Myles came to me asking if I would help him put on muscle mass and lose some extra body fat. In the few short months we have trained together, he has done exactly that! He has not only gained muscle mass, he has gotten a lot stronger. This, combined with the 30 minutes of cardio he does after our 1 hour training sessions, has allowed him to lose a considerable amount of body fat while still adding muscle!!
