What brought you to Jada Blitz?
I started my fitness journey with Jada Blitz back at the end of September. I was really in need of accountability throughout my workouts, and had never tried personal training. Through word of mouth, I chose to come to Jada Blitz and I’m so glad I did.
What have you accomplished?
Since starting, I have tripled the amount of push up reps and my overall outlook on fitness and nutrition has changed for the better.
What do you love about your trainer?
Anthony has definitely given me the accountability I need, and has been extremely supportive. I have really enjoyed the program he has set up for me, and how much progress I have made with strength training.
Everyone at Jada Blitz has been so welcoming and friendly!
