Client of The Week: Meet Taryn!
Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Taryn!
I started with Jada in 2016 doing personal training in preparation for a law enforcement academy. At that time I was lucky if I could do one push up! Jada helped me achieve my goals during that time. Fast forward to August 2021, I have returned, with a quick career change and new goals. I knew returning to Jada would be the right decision to get myself back into it. I joined/returned to Jada because of their attention of detail in overall wellness; they’re not just a building with weights. They have so much to offer! Their staff is knowledgeable and personable. It feels less like a business and more like a goal-oriented space.
BECOMING PART OF THE JADA BLITZ FAMILY
I started my most recent journey after talking with my brother who also goes to Jada Blitz. He had done personal training in the past and would rave about his experience. That gave me the push I needed to revisit Jada.
MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT
My goals were to become stronger, get outside my comfort zone, and prioritize my nutrition. In this short amount of time, all my weights have increased, I find the courage to try new things, and my eating has improved! My current goals are to continue increasing my strength and work on nutrition.
Working with Dustin has been excellent! He has the knowledge and expertise to tailor a program fit to my goals and he answered my millions of questions. He listens when exercises don’t agree with my body. He’s patient with me. Helps guide my nutrition. He also cheers me on when I complain (haha). My time with Dustin is great! I would work a twelve hour shift the night before, be completely drained, and still be excited to go to the gym in the morning because Dustin hypes me up. He’s very positive and supportive. We are able to crack jokes. He’s really the highlight of my mornings! I remember one time Dustin was telling me he purchased some type of bug farm from an event he attended with his daughter. He showed me a photo of these bugs and I nearly crawled out of my skin. They’re gross, but badass. That’s when I knew he was a cool dad.
ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING
Invest in your health! make the time- you can accomplish a lot in half an hour. Just try it! You’d be surprised what your body is capable of.

The Jada Blitz Staff are excellent! They talk to you like they’ve known you for years. Personable, joking yet professional. Clean. Jada seems very invested in their members.
MEET DUSTIN SUTTON, CPT AT JADA BLITZ FITNESS
Training Taryn has been a great experience. She works hard to reach her goals. Even though she works overnight and sometimes comes in tired she trains hard and doesn’t let that stop her. She has goals that she wants to achieve and works hard each and every session to achieve them. We train hard to get the results she wants to see and when it gets tough she may complain but she still fights past the pain and does the work.
My favorite memory with Taryn goes back to one morning, when she had a long night at work, and didn’t even have a chance to sleep before our training session. She still showed up, worked hard and pushed herself through the whole session.
