Client of The Week: Meet John B!
Congratulations to our Client of the Week, John B!
I came into Jada Blitz in the winter of 2017, when Jada was still in the old building. Every day, when going to work very early in the morning, I would look in from across the street and see people working extremely hard and enjoying themselves while they were doing it.
BECOMING PART OF THE JADA BLITZ FAMILY
I worked without a trainer at another gym for about a year before I came to Jada Blitz. Instantly, I noticed a difference in training, the last trainer I worked with for about three sessions at my previous gym could not compare to Ryan.
MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT
This combination of workout and diet has led to a 25 pound weight loss in the last 3 1/2 months! This has blown away every expectation I had before the start of this regiment. Looking back, I can see that I was not eating right, which led to sleep struggles, lethargy, mood differences etc. Ever since we changed my diet, all of those things have improved and changed my activity and attitude for the better.
Working with Ryan over the last 2 – 3 years has been nothing short of awesome. He takes the time to get to know you as a person, what drives you, and what you need to improve. He is professional, and of course we like to joke around and have fun, but when it’s time to go to work we go to work. No excuses! He knows when and how hard to push me and my capabilities.
ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING
THE FACILITY & STAFF
My overall experience with the Jada Blitz Staff, throughout the last four years, has been nothing short of unparalleled excellence. Ashley and Justin created a culture, and a following, that has changed peoples lives. Everybody’s always smiling and very welcoming. This positive culture is felt throughout the entire building, down to all the trainers and service staff. Everyone at the front desk is so positive and welcoming that I hope all the members appreciate them the same way I do. There’s nothing like walking through the doors in the middle of winter, at 5:45 AM, to find somebody smiling and welcoming you. What a perfect way to start your day.
All in all, I’d like to say thank you, first and foremost, to Ryan. After a long journey of personal loss and some struggles, we’re making serious progress. I’d also like to thank the whole Blitz crew for treating everyone with respect and dignity, while also encouraging positivity.
