Client of the Week – Laura
I started personal training with Mike a few months ago without many goals in mind. We started with legs and I never thought I could grow in strength, but each week we kept crushing new weight goals. I come in each time focused on something new to achieve!
I’ve since added upper body because my career requires much of that strength. I’ve never felt insecure starting as a beginner because Mike has made me feel comfortable with where I’m at. I love coming here because I am surrounded by a positive and goal driven mindset and carries me throughout my day. Mike pushes me in a healthy way where I have lacked confidence before. We achieve more in a focused 30 minute workout than I could on my own!
