Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Kim !

I joined Jada Blitz in early 2022 and started personal training with Jalal in October 2022, realizing I
needed some guidance and structured direction in my fitness journey.

MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT

My initial goals were to regain strength after being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2017. I went
from running half marathons to not knowing what I was physically capable of. Enter Jalal.

From our first training session, I knew this was the perfect partnership. Jalal’s sense of humor and
positivity matched mine. He took the time to listen to my concerns and ultimate fitness goals.

Jalal understands my limitations but never stops challenging me. He is quick to change up workouts based on
how my body is feeling on a particular day. I have been able to meet and beat goals which has boosted
my self-confidence. Most recently, I was able to complete the Corporate Challenge running the full 3.5
miles. Without my training sessions with Jalal, that wouldn’t have been a possibility.

Jalal is always there with encouraging words and excitement for each milestone reached and I am so
grateful for his support along this journey.

The first 6 months has flown by and the changes to my physical and mental strength has been amazing.
Looking forward to the next six months of training with Jalal!

ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING

My advice is don’t let your mind make inaccurate decisions about your capabilities. Dedicate time for
yourself to see what you can accomplish. Change can be scary, but the best things come from stepping
out of your comfort zone! And second, don’t let one slip up derail you. Get right back up and into the
groove again!

THE FACILITY & STAFF

Overall my experience at Jada Blitz has been the very best. The staff and amenities are top notch! It’s
such a clean and friendly environment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to join a great gym!

FITNESS IS UNDEFINED. WHAT’S YOUR FIT?

Fitness to me is giving back to my body. Remaining accountable to myself to maintain a healthy
lifestyle. Life is going to throw roadblocks at you but having one constant like a fitness routine can help
to balance out the craziness and keep you focused.

MEET JALAL ALI, CPT AT JADA BLITZ FITNESS

One thing I love about being a Personal Trainer is seeing my clients try their best and stay dedicated to themselves; knowing their training is helping improve the quality of life along with their mental focus.

Kim is a hard working, dedicated woman. She always has a big smile, great sense of humor, and a positive outlook on her workouts. She’s very patient and doesn’t let her RA (rheumatoid arthritis) get in her way. In fact, that is one of her main motivations. Having experience helping my mom (who had RA and Lupus) gives me extra motivation to help her find workouts that are best suited for her.

It’s been great to watch Kim increase her strength, mobility, and endurance, all while keeping the aches and pains at bay. I am excited to see how much she will be able to do as we continue our training to kick RA’s butt!
