Client of The Week: Katie!
Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Katie!
Before I became a gym member of Jada Blitz Fitness, I was doing the Jada Blitz Nutritional Program and working Justin Draper, back in March of 2020. Shortly after, I started training with one-on-one with Will Smith. My relationship with going to the gym and working out has always been a big part of my life. However, I wanted to develop better nutritional habits and I was motivated to make a change to become a healthier version of myself !
MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT
My initial goal was to lower my body fat percentage. I strove to develop a healthier relationship with food, something I never really had. My current goals are to progress with the major three lifts, while keeping a focus on good diet and nutrition. Each week brings a new set of challenges, but I can’t believe how far I’ve come when I look at where I first started!
Eric, and the entire JB crew, are great at keeping me focused at achieving my health and fitness goals. Eric makes the most arduous exercises enjoyable. What I’ve enjoyed most about working out with Eric has been feeling completely defeated but happy at the end of my sessions. A fun memory I have of us working out together involves two words… Assault bike. Enough said.
ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING
Results are possible. If you want to see them, you need to put in the time and work it takes. It isn’t easy but working to become the best version of yourself is worth it. Consistency is the key. The hardest part is showing up so finding a gym that will hold you accountable is important. JB did that for me.

The JB facility is always a clean and fun environment! It is by far the most professional gym I’ve been to in the WNY area.

MEET ERIC STEINWACHS, CPT AT JADA BLITZ FITNESS
My experience working with Katie has been great! She always will to go above and beyond during our sessions. Think a moment that sums up Katie perfectly is a day we weren’t actually working together but I saw her in the arsenal room deadlifting with all the guys who were bigger than her but not stronger than her. She loves to work hard and it makes our sessions very enjoyable. She’s very open to trying new and different techniques. Katie is a fantastic client who I feel fortunate to work with and help out on her fitness goals. The best thing about Katie though is she’s always smiling and takes an interest in what is going on in others lives as much as anyone.
