Tell us about your journey at Jada Blitz.
My journey at Jada Blitz started exactly a year ago. Last March, I reached out to Jada Blitz regarding nutritional coaching. I always wanted to meet with a nutrition coach but kept making excuses not to follow through. As the year went on, I developed an interest in combining this with personal training in order to get the best results.
What results and progress have you made?
I hit my goal body weight! I hadn’t been at this weight in years. In addition, I was able to develop a healthier relationship with food. Jada Blitz’s nutrition coaches are all about sustainable solutions and wellness. I lost weight, but I learned that nutrition is a marathon, not a sprint. I gained habits that will help me and my health for years to come.
What is your biggest takeaway from training?
I learned that if you want to see results and make a change in your lifestyle, you have to put the work and time into becoming the best version of yourself. There is no “quick fix” when it comes to your health. You need to track your macros, train hard, and get adequate sleep. Consistency is key.
What do you love most about your trainer and facility?
The best thing about Will is that my goals are his goals. He never fails to push me to the extreme and has shown me that I can be efficient in my work out even if I have limited time in the gym. There are many things I love about the Blitz. Jada Blitz has the newest and best workout machines, delicious balanced body meals I can grab on my way out, and great protein shakes. However, the best part of Jada Blitz is the community. The members and staff here are all working towards the same common goal of improving their health and lifestyle.
