Client of The Week: Jon!
Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Jon!
I have been at Jada Blitz for 5 years now. Previously, I was at another gym and although I got results, I wasn’t happy with the way things were run there. When I found Jada Blitz, I started training with Reilly and a group of friends. He was a great trainer and I enjoyed our experience. When Reilly got into the academy, I began training with Trey.
MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT
My initial goals were to be stronger and fit for life and I have absolutely accomplished these goals. Currently, my goals are to continue to add functional mass to my body.
I’ve learned so much from Trey, he’s got a ton of knowledge in a lot of different areas. He’s added value in all aspects of my life and I look forward to every session. Originally something that I told him is I always felt like I was asking questions I couldn’t get the right answer to. This was until I started working with him. Guy’s top notch.
One thing I’ve learned from this experience is that you’ve gotta put the muscles where it matters and that someone with my frame has to take protein much more seriously.

Jon is a great guy all around. He’s made heaps of progress since starting which include adding a lot of muscle and we’ve found how to get him out of the aches and pains he was having.
I chose Jon as Client of the Week because he’s been working hard and training 4 days a week with me. He texted me last week saying he hit 300 grams of protein in a day!
