Client of The Week: Gerald!
Congratulations to our Client of the Week, Gerald!
I have been with Jada Blitz for about 2 months now. I was interested in getting started because I was in an extreme state of atrophy and decided I should do something. When a current client here was raving about the trainers, I decided to check out the gym and give it a try.
MY GOALS & BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT
Currently, my goals are to continue to improve and get back into shape!
I pretty much enjoy all aspects of working out with Ben. I told him what I wanted to accomplish and he is getting me to those goals. My overall experience has been great. I am not a big workout person, but I have come to enjoy my sessions. I do feel bad for Ben as there is a lot of swearing and complaining coming from me. He takes a lot of abuse.Training with Ben is horrible, he makes me exercise and get in shape! I would define myself as lazy and someone who doesn’t like working out to begin with. But Ben pushes me and eventually I learn to like it! LOL.
ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PERSONAL TRAINING
Just join! It might be tough at first, but as you do it more it becomes more enjoyable, especially when you start to see results.
FITNESS IS UNDEFINED. WHAT’S YOUR FIT?
Fitness to me is a way to stay healthy and feel good. Being older, it’s a way to try and stay fit.

MEET BEN NOEL, CPT AT JADA BLITZ FITNESS
Gerald is a hard working individual who values consistency and a strong core! Gerald is always a delight to have in the gym.
One of my favorite memories with Gerald is when we first started doing core work! He could only do a couple exercises and then cramp up. Now we’re getting closer to giving him abs of steel.
What I love most about training Gerald is his willingness to ask questions, learn, and apply the knowledge gained to every workout. And although he has a hectic work life, he is still able to put in some time on the side to stretch, rollout, or improve his eating habits.
